At the heart of the Farm at Varrea is its amenity center, designed to enhance the living experience of its residents. The center features two swimming pools: a small lap pool for serene, focused swimming sessions and a vibrant activity pool that promises fun and entertainment for all ages. The activity pool is home to an Aquaworx Water Slide, extending 72 feet in length and designed with a modern grey stone color to complement the aesthetic of the surroundings, accented by a white staircase and canopy that add a touch of elegance to the facility.
Supporting the water features, the development incorporates advanced filtration equipment to ensure pristine water conditions. Four AquaWorx Filtration Equipment Cabinets are strategically installed in a nearby equipment yard to house the pool filters and hydraulic equipment essential for maintaining the pools. The waterslide benefits from a robust 15HP Pentair Water Feature Pump, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow. The swimming pool filtration system utilizes DE Pool Filters, renowned for their superior filtration performance, guaranteeing crystal-clear water for the residents. Additionally, two collector tanks are employed to hold water as it is cycled through the filter packs, utilizing DE grids to enhance the pool filtration process.
