The development is divided into two distinct neighborhoods—Oakfield Trails, offering luxury, resort-style living, and Oakfield Lakes, a more affordable, family-oriented community centered around connection, recreation, and everyday enjoyment. At the heart of Oakfield Lakes is a welcoming amenity center designed to bring residents together through shared outdoor experiences.

The amenity center features a range of family-friendly offerings, including a pavilion complete with picnic tables and BBQ areas, a dog park, playgrounds, green spaces, and a resort-style swimming pool. Within the pool, a dedicated water play area at the end is separated from the main pool by a staircase, creating an engaging space for children to play while remaining connected to the larger pool environment. This integrated design allows families to enjoy both relaxation and interactive aquatic play in one cohesive setting.

The water play area showcases a blend of products from AquaWorx and Water Odyssey, demonstrating how the two brands can work together to enhance play value and interactivity. AquaWorx supplied in-pool bubblers that create gentle, playful water effects, along with two Aqua Cannons positioned on either side of the aquatic play zone to encourage interactive spraying and social play. An Aqua Activator allows patrons to turn the features on at their leisure, running for a set duration before automatically shutting off. This helps maintain a calm and relaxing pool environment when the interactive water features are not in use.

Complementing these elements are Water Odyssey spray park products, including a dynamic Water Windmill with multiple interactive play stations. This spray feature’s creative design allows patrons to turn a center swivel wheel to change the direction of the water streams from the center blades. Additionally, two Large Rock sprayers add texture and visual interest to the spray zone. Together, these features create a multi-sensory aquatic play experience that encourages exploration, movement, and social play for a wide range of ages.

Supporting the entire system are two dual-sided sand filtration equipment packs provided by AquaWorx, designed to filter and recirculate the pool water while also powering the spray features. Housed in green equipment cabinets with integrated collector tanks, these systems ensure reliable performance and efficient water management. A nearby valve box enables manual flow adjustments for individual features, giving operators greater control over the aquatic play environment.
